Supreme Court , Judge Dwahn-who cares !

I wonder why the Aurora Market owners seem to feel safe defyng the Appellate Division Of the Supreme Court and the Town Board ?

They have simply done as they please - Why !

Why would Lancaster's Town Judge be at all shy about prosecuting these people ?

Why hasn't the Town Attorney or Town Board showed any back- bone on this issue ?

One might think it's because the Town Attorney had a financial interest at stake . Or maybe he already sold this property to the new occupants .

People seem to forget the previous owner (Pre-Town Attorney) was stopped by the Town Board when he wanted to build on that same corner .

Then some how the Town Attorney bought the corner and like a miracle the Town Board (Including Town Attorney) approved this whole mess.
