I apologize for not having the whole work session recorded.
I arrived at the town hall at about 6:15. Grabbed an agenda and started to feel sick.
Went out got in my car and went home. Vomited and cleaned up and didn't get to the work session until they were on the 14th resolution.
During the board meeting, it was stated that the 12th resolution was withdrawn
It was Authorize renewal contract On-site Employee testing Re: random Drug Testing [Drug testing]
I believe that was the 2nd time that it has been withdrawn

Hope you are feeling better gorja.
This withdrawal *again* why would that be? Am I incorrect/or correct to suggest that this withdrawal has something to do with not meeting certain criteria(s) within their contract? IMO if in the private sector they need to submit to a drug test randomly, why not as a public servant?
