When they offer these high salaries are they based on performance? If a players shows to be nothing special after a year or two does the contract become void?

Does anybody watch the two goofballs on ch 7 sports? OMG, neither one of these clowns will never say anything bad about the sabres. They are the worst team in the league and they make it sound like they are going to the cup finals. Get real Matt and Joe the sabres are terrible and the coaching is so bad.
