The hero of the Buffalo News and other idiotic publications across NEW York, Preet Bharara is now 0 for 3 with the reversal of the convictions of former Senate majority leader Dean Skelos and his son. This comes quickly on the heals of the reversal of the conviction of Sheldon Silver. And it's not just politicians, numerous Wall Street executives were finally cleared on appeal after Bharara's trial by press release antics. There really ought to be recourse available to people who have their lives ruined by publicity seekers like Bharara.
I think Preet is a shallow lib stooge.
But in all fairness, the 3 reversals were based on the SCOTUS decision on former Va. Governor.
So I wouldn't really blame Bharara on this.
All 3 will be re tried.
Preet also got the conviction of my former NY town supervisor.
His corrupt leadership was the main reason i left NY.
His bid for retrial was denied.
I will be back in Nov. to give an impact statement at his sentencing.
Just for this, I will give Preet some slack.
