How does one "invigorate " the parks? What's wrong with them ?

Parks seem fine with me. I have yet had anyone come into the shop and say "I'm leaving CHeektowaga because we have crappy parks" What they mostly say is our property taxes are too high. They look around at other towns and see the same services for far less.

Agreed Dan. There are so many issues that need to be addressed they all can't be mentioned but parks is not one of them. However if he is going to say that the Parks director makes too much money and is the highest paid employee in town than that is an issue.

It says he is a political newcomer. Yet, it states that his work is in civic activism and political organizing.

If you don't mind I'm going to do some town math with your numbers , he's making about 6k less for whatever reason, but over 10 years the town will save 60,000, over 100 yrs it's saving 600,000, so Diane and company are saving us hundreds of thousands , just doing assinine math like they did saying they're saving the town 1 million dollars , oh its over 10 years, by eliminating the deputy hwy guy, which is true but ridiculous

Brian is very pro labor. To the point in my opinion that he will not make decisions in the best interest of the property owners of cheektowaga.

Well this is par for the course coming from the Cheektowaga Democratic Social club.
