I see the meme's about President Trump and the KKK yet the people posting them ignore who created the KKK in the first place.

However, in 1952 Byrd avowed that “After about a year, I became disinterested [in the KKK], quit paying my dues, and dropped my membership in the organization,” and throughout his long political career (he served for 57 years in the United States Congress) he repeatedly apologized for his involvement with the KKK:

Ole' FDR loved those KKK members. He appointed KKK member Hugo Black to the Supreme Court and he dumped the progressive Henry Wallace as his Vice President and appointed KKK member Harry Truman in his place. Of course, FDR shared some common hatreds with the Klan. People forget that in addition to interning Japanese, FDR interned thousands of German Americans at the beginning of WW 2, many of them German Jews. These he gleefully sent to a horrible fate at the hands of Hitler in exchange for Americans interned in Germany. Oh and don't forget, one of the liberals' greatest heroes, Earl Warren, was one the most vocal supporters of Japanese internment. It's never been clear how much he made off that deal.

That's not the Democratic party. I keep telling you, there's nothing Democratic or Liberal about this. It's people latching on an excuse to riot. If it was the other way around, you'd be saying they were Republicans. They're neither. Just people that hate the government
