This is going to get good.

    I was told this:

Alice signed witness that she got signatures and never did. Kathy kaminiski sent her grand kids out to get signatures and she signed it. There were 3 signatures that were signed in her exact hand writing
If this is true we do not want any people associated with this group on our town board.

How can we get copies of these petitions to confirm this?

If they will do this type of underhanded stuff no telling what they would do while on our town board. Right?

Remember THIS year to NOT vote for those that are against the NY constitutional convention as it has not been changed in 57yrs...changes are needed and only a YES vote will get the ball rolling. ALL the government employee unions are against it, So you know it must REALLY need to be changed.

Stop letting the Government employee unions have free reign!!!!

You can FOIL a copy of the petitions filed for any candidate at

If we go through the process and can prove this is true can we get the candidates thrown off the ballot who the petitions were for?

You could try taking it to the District Attorney's office if someone could find enough evidence.

I heard Alice Magierski had Jerry Kaminski and Dave Pfaff representing her at a hearing this week regarding fraud on her petitions. As you may recall Dave Pfaff was one of the associates facing election law felony charges in connection to the Steve Pigeon/Kristy Mazurek indictments. I guess Alice and Jerry are still connected to Steve Pigeon. No wonder there are questions to the validity of her petitions.

As a property own I don't want a board member that would stoop to that level or a board member that would defend her actions. Alice and Jerry both have to go.

According to the BOE website, petition challenge hearings are today and Monday.

So if it's obvious that the petitions were fraudulently signed will that be made public?

    Councilman Timothy J. Meyers D 7/12/2017
    Councilman James P. Rogowski D 7/12/2017
    Councilman Alice Magierski D 7/13/2017
We have three members of the Cheektowaga Democratic "Let's Party" social club running in November. From what I heard Alice may have an issue with her petitions including the petitions Jerry's wife signed.

I wonder if this will be brought up during a work session or at the next board meeting. If I was supervisor I would ask the parties involved what's up? We can't people on the current town board that would blatantly not follow the rules. The Supervisor is "supervising" for us property owners... Not the "friends and family" social club.

When are the BOE's finding's published or do they "work out a deal" to keep things mum?

They will disqualify any suspect signatures and if there are enough remaining signatures they will continue campaigning.

Was there challenges filed - ?
What the Dems will try to do is throw out the "Faulty sheets" - if she still has enough signatures on other forms - they'll try and let her run.
Either way - it should be made as public as possible, as many times as possible so voters understand the type people they should not vote for.
#Dems play musical chairs + patronage and nepotism = entitlement !

That's not good enough. Alice is the one that may have signed correct?

I have a source saying that there is an active investigation underway into Alice's petitions. Disclaimer on this being a rumor, but not from an idiot. She remains on the ballot because not enough of her signatures could be disqualified, but if she committed fraud then it becomes a criminal matter. I honestly feel bad for her, I think she's confused most of the time and doesn't see how she's being taken advantage of by some very bad actors. In any event, she shouldn't be in elected office because she either can't or won't recognize her negative associations.
