    It appears she does not want to abide by the tax cap. Thereby, she proposes this yearly. Am I reading that right?

    Last year only one Councilmenber voted NO, I think the other two should follow suit. To not do so is risky, those two are next up in the next election cycle.

    With the assumption that the budget has NOT been prepared yet, how would one know on 7-17-17 that there may be a need for an override?

    noticed communication #462 only reported from 6/23/2017 to 6/30/2017... What happened to the first three weeks of the month? sure would like to see a full June report...can anyone shed some light on this?

    The new DCO's hire date was June 23rd

    Not good enough...NYS Ag & Mkts requires a paper trail so that a continuous operation will be accountable..the new DCO is obligated to perform all functions including monthly reports...I hope the new DCO will come through with a full report for June...
