Look who is running the sanitation dept. Watching Scotty grow, scotty kowel His old man(little Hitler) has been out of the town for a number of years and the kid still has the pull to land him this job. So fish fry mark still has his hand in it to. So scotty slides into this spot and fish fry will be looking to be running both depts. Again nothing more than than a chess game and politices in this town.

How many years experience does Scott have in management?

First of all it's spelled KOWAL not Kowel. Second he has 18 years of management experience so he earned the job. It wasn't handed to him. Third Highway doesn't run the Sanitation Department. Expect to see a change for the better.

Very good. Where did he have 18 years of management experience from? Either way multiple people should have been interviewed before any decisions were made.

18 years of management experience in the Highway Department and interviews were done on the people who applied. Again it was not handed to him. He's worked his way up from the bottom. He deserved the position.

all politics with that job. u must be a kowal buddy. Daddy took care of the kid and before he left made him the boss of the foreman. there were many good people that were overlooked for that job. how many jobs in the town were up and good employees with many years of service overlooked due to politics.(i could name about 20) how about the boss in the centeral garage. never should of got that job. he bought a lot of tickets from old frankie. at least the guy can clearn up his cloths and take a bath if he has a title. gross.
