    Live streaming of "Government" events

This is all fine and good.

    Question.

I occasionally see the City of Buffalo live stream a Mayor of Buffalo's speeches. I was surprised at the low viewer count while live.

    facebook live stream

Do you really think little events like this needs to be streamed?

I'm assuming we have someone on the payroll that follows the mayor around as the "Live Stream Administrator" clocking in a salary for 10 or less viewers. I have watched other live streams and see the same basic viewership.

I see nothing wrong with streaming I'm just questioning if these on the spot speeches need to be live streamed.

I'm assuming the 10 people know the people in the video.
