The Town Board has authorized the purchase of a John Deere 130G Excavator for $109,500 at its recent meeting, and Highway Superintendent Fred Piasecki may need the new piece of equipment to deal with debris in Green Lake.
During the work session prior to the May 17 Town Board meeting, Town Engineer Wayne Bieler, Councilman Eugene Majchrzak and Piasecki discussed the matter.
