As Americans, the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution grants us the right to protect ourselves. As law-abiding gun owners, we must hold ourselves accountable, ensure we’re aware of the situation we’re in when carrying a firearm, and take responsibility for our safety and the safety of those around us. To achieve this end, members of my staff will be in your neighborhood holding a Firearm Safety Event with a representative from the Erie County Sheriff’s Office and a representative from the ATF.

Topics covered will include: Gun Safety for new and existing gun owners, valuable instruction from members of the Erie County Sheriff’s Office and the ATF, information on your Second Amendment rights, and important information about firearm safety.
