Is Frank Clark playing social politics with the recent case of child abuse?

Frank Clark is not at this time pressing charges agianst the mother who abondened her children in a house of filth.
Also the Social services dept is getting a free ride on their failure to protect these children.

My bet is over the next days we will here how county cuts have caused this to happen. Due to low staffing levels the proper investigations and supervisions where not available.
So now we allow negligent parants to skate their responsibilities to their children.
I can't wait to see what is next.
