Looks similar to the flyer for Mr. Dobson.

I remember reading this on here a few months ago on the Cheektowaga section.
Someone mentioned Mr. Zydel giving Frank Max the sanitation department position, where Frank Max conducted Cheektowaga politics out of that tax payer funded office, also exposed on here.
Not sure here if Mr. Zydel is that "independent," knowing about Cheektowaga Town Board Resolution RES-2007-700.
let's think here for a moment - if Zydel created for Max a $100,000 position with the town while he was a town council member what kind of high paying, powerful position will he create for Max if he wins a county leg seat? One's track record is the best indicator of their future performance
I definitely won't be voting for him.

Welcome to LynnDearmyer.com!
I am a lifelong Democrat who was born and raised in the district. I am running for Erie County Legislature because I believe we can do better and know that hard work will make good things happen for us. It is my personal pledge to you that I will listen to everyone, be visible and available in our community but most importantly be the change we need.
I’m currently employed by a minority-woman owned small business, Globalquest Staffing Solutions, as their Business Development Manager.
I am asking for your support and hope you will vote for me on Primary Day, Tuesday—September 10th.
I noticed on Lynn Dearmeyers ad that she was a member of the order of the eastern star. with the catholic church still being against masonic organizations is that smart to list that or don't Catholics care about Papal decrees anymore

Pat Burke is a family man and community activist. Born and raised in Western New York, Pat wants to do what is right for Erie County by offering the 7th District a real choice this September. He is a graduate of Buffalo State College with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. Pat served a year of National Service with Americorps, and worked for The United Way of Buffalo and Erie County. He currently is in a management position with the Gealic American Athletic Association, one of Western New York’s most well established cultural organizations.
Pat has always been committed to transforming our region. At the age of 21 he founded a not-for-profit organization to revitalize a troubled Buffalo neighborhood. Not afraid to get his hands dirty, he bought and renovated a troubled property in the neighborhood, making it an asset; now he lives there with his wife and three kids, showing that Pat is willing to put his money where his mouth is. He’s tired of the closed door politics that have plagued our county government and he’s decided to take a stand to make sure you get the representation you deserve. While the other two candidates take their marching orders from political party bosses, Pat only listens to the people.
You would think the contest here would be between Ms. Dearmyer and Mr. Burke.
Both appear impressive to me.
Hard to believe that Mr. Zydel would even be in contention here, especially with Frank Max supporting his run.
Does anyone know if a debate among these three is planned before the Dem primary?
The more I think about it, the more it aggravates me knowing that when Zydel was a Cheektowaga town councilman he created this cushy patronage job for Frank Max, probably knowing Max could care less about serving the people while working in a government job.
Wasn't Zydel VOTED OUT OF OFFICE ????
And when Max was caught after the FOIL request of town telephone calls made by Max to all those politicians, Zydel probably cowered under his desk when people demanded action.
I work in Cheektowaga and my boss knows a lot about Cheektowaga politics. My boss even has a Rogowski sign at our work but is voting for Diane B. Anyway, he says the political people are saying that besides Frank Max, that Steve Pigeon is deeply involved in the Zydel campaign. If doesn't get any more political than that.
God help Erie County property tax payers if Max and Pigeon get their guy Zydel elected in the county.
Like a Vampire sucking on the blood of an innocent child, or a Zombie going after my dear old mom, Max and Pigeon would devour our tax dollars with their bottomless greed and thirst for power.
I wouldn't be surprised if Max and Pigeon also are behind the Wes Moore campaign! Luckily I have a vote in that county primary!!! I would NEVER vote for a Max or Pigeon candidate.
Would Steve Pigeon try another Republican-led county legislature with puppets Zydel and Moore siding with Republicans, just like he did with the woman from Grassroots and Tim Kennedy a few years ago?
That would not be good for the county, in my view.
I've always had a hard time with knocking down women on these types of websites, but I guess it comes with the territory when you run for office. Just saying.
Maybe I'm too old fashion. LOL.
Not sure if you're for Rick Zydel, but his background and linkup with Frank Max and Steve Pigeon was right from this site and in the Buffalo News, Cheektowaga Bee, Artvoice, other websites (not Glenn Gramigna's made up stuff, LOL again) so I guess that's proof, in order to knock down Zydel, Max and Pigeon. Heck, the three men in a room (6 if you count 2010) is also public policy not including women and I think is fair game, too.
We did get a mailing from Wynnie Fisher the other day, and she seemed very qualified. I definitely see going with Fisher in the Dem primary, but I really am looking forward to the general election campaign.
I was hoping to see a Fisher v Morton race for the fall, who knows of course, but I can't go with Moore in the Dem primary.
I will be going with Morton in the general election. I'm certainly not putting down Fisher because she is a woman. I, actually no nothing about Moore but have heard plenty about Fisher and it all wasn't good.
If I was a Cheektowaga resident, I would vote for Nicole Gawel but not Diane B as she would not state her stand on privatizing or not privatizing the refuse contract or downsizing the town board.
Rick's Facebook Page
https://www.facebook.com/richard.zydel?fref=ts
Let’s see:
“Rick has practical experience as a former Cheektowaga Councilman” who was voted out of office by fed up Cheektowaga tax payers
“Rick earned the Conservative Party endorsement” because Steve Pigeon is behind his campaign
“Rick has earned the support of nearly every member of the Cheektowaga Democratic Committee” because Frank Max is behind his campaign
“Rick will work closely with his former Town Board colleagues” on politics as usual, using government for their friends and relatives, and being obstinate on reducing the size of the huge 7-member Cheektowaga Town Board
Funny how Mr. Zydel hawks his lawn signs in the flyer, LOL, not to mention getting a bit of vertigo with the tilt of the letter.
http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...ps1567d986.jpg
It should read, "ROOTS THAT RUIN DEEP IN OUR COMMUNITY"
http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...psbbdfcb08.jpg
http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...ps14c24ddf.jpg
And now she is running for legislator. What a crackpot!!!!
Wonder why there isn't a Republican primary with 6 people filing republican petitions?
http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...ps49dd5248.jpg
Max and friends tried to run three republican candidates to force a primary on the republican line but did not end up with enough signatures to get on the line. The three endorsed by the Cheektowaga Republican Committee were:
Rick Maisano, Roger McGill and Nicole Gawel.
Hey, for once registered republicans got it! Democrats (Party heads and those responsible for the plank) are evil and play all the dirty tricks, it did not get by the people this time.
Poloncarz Endorses Dearmyer for Legislature
Buffalo, NY. – Today, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz endorsed Lynn Dearmyer in her quest to be the next Erie County Legislator for the 7th Legislative District. Poloncarz is the highest ranking elected official in Erie County and a prominent figure in the Democratic Party. Poloncarz is widely recognized as being a fiscal watchdog for the people of Erie County and is credited with changing the culture in county government with a focus on providing core services to Erie County residents.
“Lynn Dearmyer has spent many successful years in the private sector and her community advocacy is unmatched,” said Poloncarz. “Lynn understands the issues facing the residents of the 7th Legislative District and she shares my vision for making Erie County stronger and a better place to live, work and raise our families. I am pleased to endorse her candidacy for the Legislature and know she will be a strong advocate for the residents of the 7th District.”
"I am honored to have the support of Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz." said Dearmyer. "The future of Erie County is brighter under his leadership and through his ability to work with the County Legislature to move our community forward. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with him to deliver important services to the residents of the 7th District."
Lynn Dearmyer is a candidate for Erie County Legislature, 7th District, which includes Cheektowaga, Kaisertown and part of South Buffalo. Lynn has been hard at work for the last few months trying to personally reach as many folks as possible; knocking on over 3,300 doors.
Erie County Executive Poloncarz’s endorsement follows the endorsements of the outgoing Erie County Legislator and Majority Leader Tom Mazur and Erie County Democratic Committee Chairman Jeremy Zellner. Primary Day is Tuesday, September 10th.
Shame on any and all of you who vote for anyone who has the D line after their name. Their fruit is yours.... the fruit, just open your eyes in any big city!
SHAME!!!!
Maybe I'm an idiot, but shouldn't Zydel have mentioned who was with him and endorsing him on the back of this mailer?
Probably another pork and patronage politician, just can't make him out from here.
A lot of dumb mistakes in his mailers.
Looks like Steve Pigeon with Zydel here.
Dude, Rick packed on the pounds since being voted out of office.
Just saying.
Nice pic on the front, but those garbage cans not too nice.
Are they even local garbage cans?
Rick's boss Frank Max would know.
lol
Proud Democratic values, like authorizing the murder of innocent babies. Proud Democratic values like trapping people into a entitlement mentality creating slaves out of many a person. Shall we go on?
This Zydel guy is the problem, he is no solution. The first sentence of the second paragraph is old, cold, and boring. And dead wrong.
Here's Wynnie Fisher Erie County Legislature 8th district democratic endorsed candidate making a slanderous statement at a March 2002, Town of Alden Town board meeting.
http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...ps2f70dbf5.jpg
Why would they endorse someone like this?
See here is more proof that we have not a clue..... why? That party is EVIL and that by DESIGN and PLAN, that is what they do - and you have to ask.... yeppers it will continue on till people get the gall to call these monsters out. I will not stop doing it. One man band I guess.
I received 2 mailers today. This one is from Wes Moore for Erie County Legislator. http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...ps3e589424.jpg I don't know who this one is from. Maybe it's the Erie County Democratic Committee. http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...ps6d80fcb4.jpg http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...ps7fcc53cb.jpg
Obviously, with Pigeon pulling his strings Wes Moore is toast.
Heck, in his own positive mailer it looks like with the Moore agenda storm clouds appear over Erie County Hall.
NOT a good visual in his own mailing.
HaHa, what a JOKE.
Don't these PUPPETS (Moore and Zydel) know Pigeon is the KISS OF DEATH for pretty much anyone he supports AND FUNDS!
Looks like Fisher v Morton in the fall.
From everything that I've read Wynnie Fisher is a whacko. She's a loose cannon. Look at the previous post. That woman slandered an innocent man at a town board meeting. She calls the police when people are on railroad property picking wild flowers. She is a nut case.
Morton better kick ass.
I don't see anything in Wes Moore's mailer regarding Pigeon.
I definitely am keeping an open mind for the general election, just can't vote for Moore in the Dem primary.
If someone has their website let me know. I searched her name but can seem to fine it.
