You work 40 hours a week X 52 week = 2080 hours. Correct?
So let's say you demand a 3% raise. $120,000 X 3% = $3600 extra dollars a year.
$3600 / 2080 hours = $1.73 an hour more.
Come on cheekman you don't raise hourly wages in one day $1.73 an hour.
If the public sector unions can just raise salaries based on nothing at all other than time so can gas stations. A year went buy and you are now going to pay more for gas.
