If we had any types of creative leaders in the area there’s an ideal opportunity to reinvent many of the things that hamper western New York. If there were leaders in the schools they would be jumping at the opportunity to file for bankruptcy so that they could set aside teacher contracts and fire the slugs who make up at least one half the teaching population and bring in bright ambitious people who aren’t acculturated to sitting on their dead ass and doing nothing but bitching.
