Mike Madigan is the GOP, Conservative and Independence Party endorsed candidate

Since December 10, 1938, the Sandy Beach Yacht Club on Grand Island has grown and succeeded, as their website states from "dedicated, hard working people, sound financial planning, and camaraderie unmatched." So too, the Mike Madigan for Congress campaign of dedicated, hard working people of sound financial planning gathered to give Mike support on a nice Western New York evening, as well as family, friends and supporters. A home style meal was prepared by Cathy Knight of Grand Island and the event was attended by people from all over the newly formed Congressional District 26.



Mike spoke on strengthening our global competitiveness through proven free market economics, reducing New Yorkers’ exorbitant tax burden and eliminating excessive government regulation, presently hindering job creation and growth. Poor economic conditions have caused a decrease in population, and as a result, New York has lost two Congressional seats. The newly reapportioned 26th District includes the City of Niagara Falls, Grand Island, all of the Tonawandas, the entire City of Buffalo, Amherst, Cheektowaga, West Seneca and Lackawanna, an area which was previously represented by three members of Congress. Mike Madigan is the GOP, Conservative and Independence Party endorsed candidate opposing Brian Higgins.

The event was hosted by Carl Paladino, New York’s conservative Republican gubernatorial candidate in 2010.
