Help wanted Lancaster bus garage . Family and friends 1st

Apply for the Lancaster bus garage manager as of February 26 ,2016 . $101,000 plus benefits a year . Hopefully the job is posted and advertised in help wanted and not a friends and family gift hiring . Maybe pull the hire him back the next day so he gets more taxpayer vacation days ? Out with the old ( still leaving unsettled lawsuits ) in with ?????? Now he and the super will have more time for fishing trips.

Why not call a employment agency and find someone with real experience?

They would never risk loosing that Lan Dem Patronage Voter Block.

If they actually advertised and hired someone qualified - how could they guarantee he/she would be Party Loyal ? How could they guarantee most drivers hired have Lan Dem "Party Connections" ?
#Dems play musical chairs + patronage and nepotism = entitlement !

Lancaster would get a better qualified employee if the pool of applicants was larger. If I was Supervisor of Cheektowaga most new hires would come from a pool of highly qualified applicants not from the small group of Cheektowaga Democratic party supporters. That wouldn't be in the best interest of the property/business owners.

Maybe a few Lancaster business/property owners should go to the next meeting and help the town board review the countless resumes they must of for this position. It's 6+ figures.

Honestly I would start off the salary much lower because of the benefit package given.

And that's why you'll never be the Town Supervisor 😀

Wait until you hear of his golden parachute. This superintendent knows how to reward his fishing buddy for LIFE !!!! Why would the board of approved this deal ???? Ask Graber and Gallagher at the round table were you may question the candidates without calling ahead and asking permission ....

It doesn't have anything to do with the town board. It would be the school board
