I thought someone was making a fact up about the Baltimore Riots

Baltimore mayor press conference on protest violence

Fast Forward to minute mark 7:30

“I worked with the police and instructed them to do everything that they could to make sure that the protesters we able to exercise their right to free speech. It’s a very delicate balancing act. Because while we try to make sure that they were protected from the cars and the other things that were going on. We also gave those who wished to destroy, space to to do that as well.” – Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake
Why would they allow anyone to destroy someone's property?

Woman Caught on Camera Pulling Baltimore Rioter Off of Streets Called ‘Mom of the Year’

Police have called on help from the media after seven officers were injured in Baltimore on Monday in riots that have followed the death of Freddie Gray.

But some residents aren’t having it with the protestors, including a woman who is featured in four Instagram videos removing from the trouble a young man dressed in all black.

Here’s the first video, where she confronts him. (Editor’s note: Strong language and violence)

These video will follow him for the rest of his life. Mom slaps kid in public.

There are endless ways to deal with children without teaching them that violence is a solution to what confronts them. People who don't know that are not yet ready to be parents.

We learned this week that many of the children of Baltimore know of no other way to deal with life other than through violence. We also saw some evidence of why it is that way.

So nogods, if that guy was your kid, what would you have done?

I would have told him to follow me home and he would have because by the time he was 14 he knew that there were consequences to disobeying his parents. The consequences were not physical violence, and we never ran out of effective consequences for disciplining 4 children.

Non-physical violence discipline requires that a parent know their child's motivations. A parent who uses physical violence for discipline knows nothing about their child except that they don't like to feel physical pain. That is as much a failure for disciplining a child as it is for training a dog.

The dirty little secret no one wants to admit about Baltimore

The population of Baltimore is 622,000 and 63 percent of its population is black. The mayor, state’s attorney, police chief and city council president are black, as is 48 percent of the police force. But as 36-year-old Robert Stokes says, “You look around and see unemployment. Filling out job applications and being turned down because of where you live and your demographic. It’s so much bigger than the police department.”

Everyone wants to have an honest conversation about race, so let’s us endeavor to do just that. Now, of course, when you speak the hard truth about race issues in America – and not just the liberal progressive talking points – and you’re white, you’ll be branded a racist. And if you’re black, well, y’all just watch the comments below and see the denigrating drivel.

    http://allenbwest.com/2015/04/the-di...out-baltimore/

“Poverty has nothing to do with it. This madness and chaos and anarchy is a Democrat-driven culture that starts at the top with a racially-divisive White House heartbreakingly effective at ginning up hate and violence. Where I currently reside here in Watauga County, North Carolina, the poverty level is 31.3%. Median income is only $34,293. In both of those areas we are much worse off than Baltimore, that has a poverty rate of only 23.8% and a median income of $41,385. Despite all that, we don’t riot here in Watauga County. Thankfully, we have not been poisoned by the same left-wing culture that is rotting Baltimore, and so many other cities like it, from the inside out. We get along remarkably well. We are neighbors. We are people who help out one another. We take pride in our community, and are grateful for what we do have. We are far from perfect, but we work out our many differences in civilized ways. Solutions are our goal, not cronyism, narcissistic victimhood, and the blaming of others.”

This problem is cultural not racial...

Black culture is over represented by fatherless families.
