2015 foreclosure list. Some residents owe over $100,000 in back taxes. Yikes

What a list! I just don't understand how people can let years of taxes going unpaid. I saw one for over $156,000. SMH

Perhaps some people get to the point where they just don't want to be over charged for "services" any longer and leave the property to sit. In all honesty I can't blame them.

Look at the population loss in Cheektowaga while under the control of the Cheektowaga Democratic Party leadership. Every time a family leaves that could be another empty apartment or home. Instead of staying and changing the leadership that caused the issues they decided to just leave.

There was some guy living in Florida who hadn't paid taxes on what appeared to be an extra lot since 1995.
