Perhaps some people get to the point where they just don't want to be over charged for "services" any longer and leave the property to sit. In all honesty I can't blame them.
Look at the population loss in Cheektowaga while under the control of the Cheektowaga Democratic Party leadership. Every time a family leaves that could be another empty apartment or home. Instead of staying and changing the leadership that caused the issues they decided to just leave.
