Andrew Cuomo Slams Nat'l Weather Service Over His Own Ignorance

Four months ago, Andrew Cuomo falsely stated that New York just recently started seeing tornadoes. On Saturday, the governor gave a press conference where he slammed meteorologists for their largely accurate Buffalo snow forecasts. As usual, Andrew Cuomo is clueless.

Article is dead on. The storm was correctly predicted, and in a timely fashion as well. What wasn't predicted is that the snow bands stalled over one area, and there's no way to predict that. It's like when rain storm cells "train" over and over the very same areas in the summer, resulting in huge rainfall amounts and flash floods. Meteorologists can predict that this behavior is likely to happen but they can't predict exactly what areas are going to be hit or whether those areas are going to be hit continuously for much longer than expected.

Just another layer of "government" that would be redundant.

He should work on issues why businesses and families flee NYS. Start up NY is not the solution. It's just a small band aid that gives andy something to run commercials for.

Because he and his trained seal, Poloncarz, are under increasing criticism for their response, he's lashing out at everybody. It wii be interesting to see how he transforms NY's "weather bureau" into a political arm of the Cuomo political machine. This morning he warned us that with respect to the flood "It's not water; it's a toxic brew!" What did he do, soak his feet in it?

This man showed his ignorance by lashing out at the Public Works Employee of Farnham yesterday, without even knowing all the sides of the story. Mad a fool of himself in doing so. He heard the Mayor's side only. She was 100% in error. He has to go....
