Boy is this cop is taking his life in his hands or going to cause a bad accident.. The last two days I have bee coming in from the Lancaster area west bound on walden ave. In the middle of the road a DPD cop shooting radear between the double yellow lines in the middle of a very busy road. in front to Murphy GMC on coming traffic cant see this cop until you right on him.. if any car had to move out of the way fast your going to hit the cop head on or if going east bound he will get rear ended.. what a jack ass... a lawsuit waiting to happen..

You would think their supervisor would tell this cop not to sit in the middle of the road because of the danger he is causing to traffic.. Invincible, lots of semis use that road in that area what if one would have to swerve to the middle he is done.

If its the cops fault for sitting in the middle of the road i would have to say the village and the PD. The village cant afford a lawsuit for being dumb, could you imagine if a life was lost due to this.

If you are driving in that area let us know if they are still parked in the road.

But, but, but their job is so dangerous we had to create a law for them so that traffic would move over.

That law is so stupid, and so are the people that try to obey it by pulling in to the other lane and frigging up traffic. If you can't "move over" safely, then don't move over at all. These idiots endanger everyone else by slowing traffic down to a crawl all because some money grabbing cop pulls somebody over.

If pulling people over is so dangerous then maybe they should be more selective about who and where they pull people over.

heres the meat of the situation...

if some one rear ends the cop, that person will be charged with: Endangering the welfare of a Police Officer, Assault on a Police Officer, Assualt with a Deadly Weapon, ect...

Mean while the officer will be shown as a local hero, stupidity aside, he will be given red carpet treatment.

    The other driver?

thrown under the bus. Late on taxes 'Bad human!'
    unpaid/paid parking tickets 'bad human!'

point is, Police, like many layers of govt are above the law.
Willful ignorance is the downfall of every major empire in history.
