It's not hard to miss Antoine M. Thompson these days -- that's because the former Democratic state senator from Buffalo is everywhere.


Whether it's looking very "senatorial" at last month's St. Patrick's Day parade, or as recently as his Tuesday appearance before the County Legislature's Economic Development Committee, Thompson is making as many public appearances as when he was in office.

Antonie is the person that shredded and tossed what ever was in his office when he lost... Right?

ironically, and sadly, it will be racists who vote him. No other candidates there?

speaking of candidates, where if frmer assembly candidate , 90k a year, and DEDICATED to public service, mr Chris F? Its quite obvious that the local path to the state office is via the council seat (or the country leg.).
For someone so dedicated to public service, it's interesting to note that CF isn't putting in for the former Kearn's seat, esecially when his local ocmmunity NEEDS his leadership. if he was a great candidate for state office, he'd be even better for the council correct?...to help get the city back on its feet with good paying private sector jobs.
Reason why not in the mix? Anyone ? Common ocouncil not good enough? was good enough for mentor BH, and kearns, etc....so...? whats gives..?
