Did he actually listen to Cuomo's speach or was he asleep?????

It was an anti-special interest speech and Kennedy is almost completely funded (owned) by the special interest groups. This is the guy who pushed as hard as he could for "prevailing wages", "apprenticeship programs", and everything else the union goons are after. A lot of his campaign financing came from those people.

Or is he pulling a Will Rogers? Will once said, "Diplomacy is saying nice doggie while reaching for a rock".

I wonder if someone wrote what he said or if he winged it.

He's not what we need. 70% of our elected officials are not what we need in office.

I see that Illinois is raising it's state income tax to deal with their budget deficit.

For the next few years Illinois residents will no longer pay 3% income tax. They'll pay 5% income tax.

I would love to see NYS have a 5% income tax rate!!!!!!!

That would be a welcomed change! It could be possible by dropping the non-federally mandated medicaid offerings of the state, but that is another thread.
