We have requested that the FAA put a stop to low flying air craft several times. When someone complains, they (FAA) checks with BNIA tower to see if plane in question (we give them tail number if available and time) was registered on radar. Unfortunately, when flying too low, they don't pick them up on radar. I personally gave up calling in since the FAA is totally useless. I have actually witnessed small planes crossing paths with larger craft. Too bad an accident has to occur before the NTSB takes action. I still believe the FAA needs to report to the NTSB.
