Thumbs down Nov 17

Grand Island residents please get out nov 17 and vote no on the schools new budget proposal. They want to spend 47 million dollars on pure needless items. On the 17th from 10am to 9pm at the high school on ransom road. This no vote is so important for all us taxpaying homeowners. We must send a message we have had enough of this out of control spending. If this does pass we are all screwed. Do not believe a thing this superintendent says or the school board president Mr Little. We will pay dearly if this passes. Parents your kids will not be affected at all if turned down. This is nothing more than superficial garbage for the benefit of the teachers and this superintendent and his contractor buddies. So please get out on the 17 of nov and send a message by voting no.

Nov 17 is coming soon. We must vote no on this tax increase. This superintendent Christmann thinks not many people will show up to vote on this off day. He should have included this vote on the same day as the regular school budget. He is pretty sure he will get his yes vote in under the radar of the residents. The teachers will get out enough votes to get it passed thru the students advising their parents to vote yes. We must stop this guy on NOV 17.

Read the latest BRIDGE newsletter. You will see why this superintendent Christmann and board president Little are totally out of control.Mr Christmann says it is a small tax increase for one yr. Well compounded over years this adds up to hundreds of dollars a yr more. If he gets this passed we will see a major tax increase coming next yr. He will know we are all mindless sheep. This must be voted down on nov 17.

I also believe this capital project is such a waste of taxpayers money. I also heard Grand Island schools has a surplus of over 2 million dollars. They keep these surplus so they can use it whenever they want without voters approval. It should be illegal. This money can also be used to cover any repairs or upgrades. It is so wrong for this superintendent to ask for more money. I will be there tuesday to vote no. Thank you for keeping us informed on this proposal to get more tax dollars for unneeded items.
