He did say probable. There is such a thing a probable cause or something isn't there? The taping was a fact, not a rumor.

Employee has it on tape that if he supports Polanski, all his problems "go away". Ch. 7 plays the tape and it is CLEARLY Norm's voice. Employee apparently declines. Fired the day after election.

Lots of violations, civil rights, election law, etc. But noone touches it. And it was the first time the Big guy turned down a chance to go on camera with his big white shirt that has his name on it....in case he forgets it
