8 years 3 clocks and tax funded pensions

Councilman Ron Ruffino promised Lancaster Taxpaying Residents
"3 Privately paid Clock" -
He said, "they wouldn't cost tax payers a penny" - this while campaigning and was also reported in the Buffalo News and Lancaster Bee News.

Eight years of collecting Lancaster Property
tax funded pay checks,

8 years of collecting Lancaster property
tax funded No-Copay health care insurance money.

8 years of collecting Lancaster Property
Tax Funded New York State Pension Credits

Councilman R.Ruffino hasn't kept one promise that wasn't tax Funded - FACT!
The three clocks he's so proud of cost Lancaster's Taxpayers over $150,000.00 Property tax dollars - FACT on file at Town Hall.
He promised "Free" Soccer Fields were to be built. When concerned residents questioned the Towns Supervisor, he admitted $1Million tax dollars would be needed just to start the process rolling(Story in Buffalo News).

Then he also admitted the land in consideration was "Reclaimed Mining Land" from Company, who has also donated to their Committee's Campaign Fund.(Donation Records at Eries Counties Election Finance Disclosures web pages)

Council Members R.Ruffino and J.Abraham both receive two health care packages - Fact.

Both Candidates offered to forgo a 2% future raise - "Offered" is the word - its still in the Budget and no actual legal amendment has ever been put in writing - Can You say, "Campaign Fluff"

Taxpayer/Voters haven't we had enough feel good promises? Everyone of which if accomplished would actually raise your taxes - is that truly what this election is all about?

Aren't you tired of paying for others to receive tax funded pensions - even for 10 hour a month Part time employee?

Do you and your family have tax funded "No-COPAY Health care"?
These guys support that, they voted for it, its the facts on record.

Monday nights Town Hall, Town Board Meeting(7:30) at 21 Central Ave - is your chance to get the truth, before you vote Nov 3 rd.

Please go to the Board Meeting, ask them if they receive all these tax funded gifts.

Then if thats what you want to spend your tax dollars on - so be it! But get the Truth First.
Every time you vote for the incumbents your saying,
"Raise My Taxes"

Why is Abraham stating in print

that is does not get the health benefits? How could they simply lie like that to the public?

Everyone needs to attend the meeting on Monday and address that very question.

Mr. Abraham is not lying about this. Part-time Lancaster Town Board members do not receive town provided health insurance unless they purchase the premium themselves. He did vote to eliminate board part timers from getting the insurance in a counter move by Abraham, Ruffino and Stempniak to screw Amatura over for suggesting they do away with the health care insurance stipend board members were receiving if they had an outside source of coverage.

In fact, Abraham and Ruffino screamed the loudest when Amatura proposed removing the stipend - and Abraham has free coverage from the Lancaster School District, Stempniak has free lifetime coverage from the Buffalo School District and Giza gets free outside coverage from the Lancaster Boys Club.

Yes, when Amatura made the proposal he was attacked. At the next meeting those who attacked Amatura proposed the same thing.

Yes they all attacked Amatura including Stempniak!!! I lost all respect for her at that meeting when she attacked Amatura and grandstanded a verbal attack along with the others. No one gave a Damn about residents or taxes. The saddest part was they all had the attitude it was owed to them and they deserve it and they will keep taking it including Giza!!!! Did they forget who the hell they work for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I must have misread.

What is surprising to me is that I am having a bit of empathy for Mr. Danny Armatura!! It sounds like he has some good in him.
