I guess that policy wasn't in place when Doug Whaley made that asinine remark that humans weren't meant to play football! I mean, he may be right, but, when you are part of a football organization that is currently on the hot seat regarding concussions, might be best not to admit that. It begs the question, why then, do we even allow football!
