This morning about 6am saw another Coyote at that same Mill rd. park area, this time it was on the opposite side of the Mill rd, opposite side of where the shelter house is. It was bigger than the last one I saw and my friend who hunts a lot that was with me said it was definitely a Coywolf. He estimated it must of been about 75lbs-85lbs.

Was it too dark to snap a pic?

Another sighting 12-26-17 at about 7pm at the old Psych Center on East & West. Was walking my dog behind the Hospital area along the creek road which I often do because its a great place for both my dog and I to get exercise. My dog which is a lab mix started barking at the brush so I stopped thinking it was one of the many deer in that area. Then a head poked out of the tree line and it was a big dog like head, it growled and I could see its eyes reflecting light. My dog barked back and I just went into a jog and went back to my vehicle. I drove to the area now feeling safer inside but saw nothing. Confronting a Coyote at night was a bit scary. They must live along the Cazenovia creek area through the gorge. It would seem to be a great area to live and multiply with plenty of game.

Coyotes aren't big. Usually topping out at about 40lbs.
Let me articulate this for you:
"I'm not locked in here with them. They're locked in here with me!!"
