I guess I was wrong - just because the address and name came from the address as the late Stan Keysa. -

I never insulted his son or the other Stanley K. in anyway.

I used to have great conversations with the Late Stanley about Lancaster's historical past.

I just asked for a answer - Breezy insinuated his widow used her late husbands check book. I didn't.

There was also no "Band wagon" on that question - it was my observation/question. Some actually said it could have been some kind of tribute to Stanley's admiration for Mrs. Coleman.

So, if your now saying his son did it or used his late fathers check book/address - case closed !

So can we now get back to why the Village Board stopped their investigation of the Village Coordinator ?

Can we now get some answers about why it took 9 months for the Food Pantry to receive their donations ?

When Dawn got paid
- her Company got paid
- and there has been no factual paperwork showing when she received the donations
- when the checks were cashed and by who
- in whose account were the checks deposited before the Village received the money(when received).

Dems carry on double standards - as usual

When Breezy/Giza was bashing Mr. Brainard he said that was fair because he "was a candidate for public office where responsibilities include oversight of the Town's finances/personnel. His past history as such was fair game, as it is in any political campaign"

So why the double standard when it comes to his Candidate Dawn Gaczewski and the missing charity donations. She was entrusted with collection and distribution of charitable donations from the 5K run. It took none months for the money to get to its intended charity - WHY ?

She was being paid for her position as Village Events coordinator and received a commission on top of that - then her company was paid for even work. Yet the money for the Food Pantry didn't arrive for 9 months.

Some people have raised issues or questions about a trip to Las Vegas with another Village Board Member.

This same Village Trustee is also her live in boy friend who helped appoint her to the Events Coordinator Position. He is also part owner of the property they reside in.

The Village Board started then shelved a investigation into where the funds had been held. They(Her fellow Party Supporters) stopped the investigation to give Ms Gaczewski time to run for Town Council (In their words to not disrupt the campaign/election) .

Well looks like now that she won a position on the Lancaster Town Board - they don't want to complete their investigation or explain publicly where the money went for nine months ?

All Town Board Member/Village Events Coordinator Dawn Gaczewski has to do is:

1) Present her personal and business banking records that shows when and where she deposited the Charity Donations.

2) Then show her records as to when she surrendered the money to the Village. Sort of puts the Village Clerk in the middle - maybe she screwed it up ?

If she can prove she gave the money donated directly to the Village and the Village can verify her dates claimed - problem solved.

I know she doesn't want to blame it on the Village - because they would have to prove her wrong. She cant risk that - she needs their cooperation.

She knows its illegal to deposit those donations into her personal account
- that would be considered "Commingling of funds".

Don't you think the Dawn G situation warrants a Board of ethics investigation? The conflict of interest with the trustee as her personal partner as well as real estate ownership partner being a part of her appointing process. Then the food pantry money issue.

Edit- Trustee Schroeder's ethics certainly should be in question

I have been watching and trying to see what ind of person our New Council person is. It would be nice to see Dawn Gaczewski stand up for herself, just herself and discuss what happened to those funds. Not letting her live in boyfriend cover for her. If she did nothing wrong prove it.

Is there any logical reason a Town Board member and a Village Trustee are allowed to break Village code for over a year by keeping an unlicenced trailer on her / their property. Most other residents get a visit from the code enforcement officer.
Possibly they are above the law and should check out Village code 321-1. The Red trailer has not moved in well over a year.

Both Town and Village Governments ignore the case of missing Charity Money :

By now most people have heard how our local food pantry and needed residents were not only deprived of donated 5K race money for Christmas - but Thanks Giving as well.

Yet it didn't seem to stop a local Village Board Member and Village Events Coordinator/Town Councilmember from enjoying both holidays and a trip to Las Vegas around the same time.

The Village Board started - then sidelined a investigation so the events coordinator could run for Lancaster Town Council . But to date no answers for the where abouts of the money has been given - lost for nine months. Questions still exists !
