I haven't found a canidate that deserves a vote on either side in WNY. But you have to vote for someone and GOP rep's are usually willing to try a tax cut.

Kerry is a likely option, but Dean will definately keep everyone of on Capital Hill on their toes.

The trick is to bring the untaxed money back to the government.
Because illegales work off the books and were not paying income and state tax. Now the Billions that said 22million illegals send home will first be taxed. It looks like the govt is throwing a bone but is really looking to get the revenue that is owed. I don't think that this was a ploy because this was being talked about a while ago, before we got all caught up in the last 2 conflicts.

Not sure how this got onto the subject of immigration, but I think we all know the truth. This country needs immigrants - legal or not.
Like it or not, immigrants are willing to do jobs that most of us aren't.

Yes we need their taxed income to support the retirment of the baby boomers and able bodies to move into their jobs. They willl in time not be doing the low level jobs that we look down on but will be fitting pistons to the GM truck you just bought.

The mexicans will move into the jobs being left by the babyboomers because the generations behind them are not plentiful enough to fill the void. This has been forseen for many years even by your union leaders. Now when these mexicans move into the Delphi plant , don't you think the UAW will be all for the new infusion of dues payers. Now to mention the Billions of dollars that are moving out the door untaxed. DOn't you think it would be nice to get some american dollars into the govt. In 1900 theyt could not find American labor for the mills and sweat houses worked thier people 12 and 14 hours aday, six days a week for sub par wages, so they used the influx of cheap immigrant labor that was arriving in the millions every year. They worked those peoele to death.
How about what the mining cnies and the railroads did to thier workers in the 1800's.
Do you think the anti labor sentiment this administration fosters coupled with bushes overtime reforms which favor business and the relaxing of restrictions on work for illegals is a coincidence.
You have been sold a bill of goods. there is plenty of willing workers in this country all they need is a living wage. Something bush and his coporate conspiritors don,t want to give.
