    Our Solar Lights

Why are they not being replaced? Who order them and are they still working for the Town Of Cheektowaga ordering some other high tech crap?

Where's our refund for all the ones which do not work?

Do the large batteries in the solar lights expand and contract from the heat and cold? Do they leak what ever is inside of them?

    Streetlights and solar

    May I? Q:?
How many of these lights are there installed in Cheektowaga? Didn't they work at all or just not bright enough? Are they being removed and if so, will they be sold to the public? Where can I drive up to a street and see one at night operating?
IE-I might want to buy a couple/few. Any help out there from the folks that might know?
    Thx, Lou

*BATTERIES--Should be sealed and capable of withstanding the temps. Emphasis is on 'should.' All should also be deep-cycle 75+ amp/hrs. and range from the size of a small motorcycle battery to that of a BIG 18 wheel truck (bigger, more amp/hrs.=longer running or higher-draw), usually 6-48volts, with most 12-24v, car battery sized or smaller for this kind of application.

I went to a board meeting once. I asked Dennis Gaberzak why he lied to me and never got an answer. I had Jeff Swaitek (Sp.) even say "we'll get you some answers" but never heard from them. It was over blantent incompetence of an employee who took enormous amounts of overtime. Like over $32,000 in one year. Would you believe it's someone who is not a cop but actually used a badge to impersonate one to get free food or discounted food from mighty taco.

Someone even asked me how I knew about this type of crap. Well good employees acutally told me what type of c rap goes on and I actually didn't believe them. SOOOO.... they showed me how to do a FOIL so I could see this for myself. Well they were right.

That sort of sums up the supervisor in my eyes. You let someone get away with that and you actually think your material for higher office?

Oh wait... Lenny Lenihan probally endorsed Dennis G so things like this are fine in thier eyes. Maybe he didn't I don't know really. But if Lenny endorses people who allow this type of stuff happen we need to start ignoring what comes out of his mouth for the good of the community.
