What "property right" do you perceive is being violated by foreclosure for non-payment of taxes?
And while you are answering that question, remember how the "owner" became the "owner" of the property: by buying it from someone who bought it from someone who bought it from someone....keep going...who ??? from someone.
What you will discover is that your title came from the King who impressed the title with an obligation to the king. When you bought the property you bought it subject to that obligation. Local, state, and federal government ascended to the King's rights after the revolution.
Next time you buy a piece a property get one that isn't subject to the obligation to pay taxes. then if they try to impose an obligation you have a real "property right" being taken. Otherwise all you have is a piece of property that you agreed to buy subject to the obligation when you bought the property.
FMD is not going to pay his taxes. He's gonna let the property go to foreclosure and wait for the sheriff with guns drawn a la Chairman Mao.
If you must pay taxes on said proprty you dont actually own it

If you think "owning" a piece of land means you have do obligations or burdens attached to the land then you don't have any knowledge of the history and meaning of land ownership.
Moreover - how does a person end up "owning land?" They can't buy anything more than what the seller has to sell.
