    Question Disparity in pay rates

Why is there such a large disparity in the starting pay rates of these new appointments to the same titled positions?

As a permanent "Part Time worker at 19 and 3/4 hours" does that count for future pension credits ?

If these people are hired full time in the future - wont they be able to claim their time earned for future credit eligibility ?

Also as "permanent" aren't they also entitled to "step raises" - there's more here then what they are showing as far as where these appointments will lead!

Boy those names sound familiar ?
