    DT Warren

am trying to find out where the residency exemption for Buffalo Police/Fire is stated. 12-120 is the state law, but I can't find the exemption legislation. Or is it a City Charter ordinance ? Anyway, if you have time.

Hey DT, I saw this on one of my financial MBs, attributed to Will Rogers:

“It’s hard to get a man to understand something, when his paycheck depends on him not understanding”.
So is Will the author of your signature?
Truth springs from argument among friends.

I will check it out in the morning. Actually if memory serves me correct there is some case law on when such restrictions may be used as well.
