Obama administration issues 5.5M work permits to non-citizens; critics call it 'shadow' immigration system

Since 2009, the Obama administration issued roughly 5.5 million work permits to non-citizens beyond what Congress has authorized, according to recently-released documents that critics of U.S. policy say reveals a "shadow" or "parallel" immigration system stifling wages and taking jobs from Americans.

The information was obtained by the conservative-leaning Center for Immigration Studies through a Freedom of Information Act request and has prompted Alabama GOP Sen. Jeff Sessions to call for an investigation.

"This request has unearthed the operation of a shadow immigration system previously unknown to the American public," said Sessions, one of Capitol Hill's most outspoken critics of President Obama's immigration policy. "A full investigation is warranted."

You would really think "our" government would put legal American citizens needs before illegal aliens.

More than authorized? I know immigration had caps on permanent residency, but never heard of caps on work permits. Particularly as we continue to accept, ad hoc, refugees from countries we broke as well as others where political violence is taking place.

In this case I think it's more than just republican conservative small business people hire people here on work permits.

We just start at the bottom and remove the support group of people who help this agenda along instead of whining about it.

In the town of Cheektowaga that is the Cheektowaga Democratic Party. Currently they control our town board and we have clearly seen the results they have produced over the years. Countless people have fled our town and we pay some of the highest property taxes in the nation. This small group supports the Erie County Democratic Party which in turn supports the NYS State democratic party right? Which finally supports the National Democratic Party. Correct? I am not saying that other local parties are any better either.

Us property/business owners need to worry about our own families long before families from other countries. Wouldn't you agree?

I do not want anyone on our town board that would support giving jobs to foreigners before USA Citizens. Remember it isn't what someone says it is what they do.

So nogods, who is the person shaking President Obama's hand. What is his job? Isn't it to support President Obama and in turn the agenda President Obama wants? Yes or no.
