But then Cuomo would still have to come back here when his indictment here hits the courts -

#Dems play musical chairs + patronage and nepotism = entitlement !
But Cuomo isn't the one suggesting people move out of state if he loses. The one who is suggesting that people should keep their plans to move out of state if he is not elected are should do as he is suggesting and leave the day after the election if he loses.
I'm betting he won't leave.
