Who would you like to see run?

If you could choose some one in Erie County to run against Brian Higgins, Who would it be. Or are you satisfied with the job Higgins has done? Also are you satisfied with Hillary Clinton as you're Senator?

Higgins is fine as long as he pushes a little deeper on some of the topic like the tolls and the authorities. A lot deeper though with the authorities.

There are elected officials which should require more immediate attention.

Why did you pick Brain Higgins as your first target?

I wasn't targeting Higgins. He is just the most visible candidate right now. I think he has done a pretty good job in his first two years. I do know that Charlie Flynn is running on the IP line. His petitions are ready to go, I have seen them. Hillary is the worst Senator we have had. If she gets re-elected she will spend the first two years of her term running for President. That leaves us without a second Senator in Washington watching our backs. Not that she has been there an awfull lot this term. I do want to say Thank You to Higgins staff in Washinton for the private tour of the Capital Building they gave me and my family last week!! Great job Pat, we appreciated it.

Where was he over two years ago when this toll issue was brought up by, I believe, David Swarts? Actually where were any of the so-called anti-toll politicians? Funny how election time is just around the corner.

Breaking News!!! The Republican Party has officially asked Jim Liegl to run against Higgins for Congress. Jim is going to take his time and consider it. What do the rest of you think Jim should do?

I think the key for Jim would be MONEY and the IP line. If the Republicans could arrange for an IP challenge to Higgins and Higgins gets knocked off the line, than Jim would have a chance.

    Formula to beat Higgins:

A Republican for smaller government (really), against the Iraq War, tough on Immigration, anti-public authority. You outflank Higgins on all major issues at the same time!

I like Brian Higgins myself, however what has he actually delivered? He got some waterfront money that was ear-marked for us prior to him taking office. He lost a huge job oportunity for WNY when the electricity was an issue, and he talks a good game. But what has he actually produced? N O T H I N G!!!!!!
Sounds like the same old Democrats doing the same old thing! Talking about issues is a lot different than acting on them. Jim Liegl will act instead of talk!

He is an interesting person. He's up for re-election and yet is going out of his district to speak at the annual Amherst Democrats Dinner on June 1st.

I don't think too many people would do that.
