I agree, if guys like Mathew Borkowski didnt breed like rabbits they's have culled themselves by now.

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man convicted of beating and raping a woman in the 1990s has been arrested on charges he had sex with multiple teens in the Cheektowaga area.

Matthew Borkowski is a Level 3 violent sex offender who spent years in prison after being convicted in 1996 of first degree attempted rape. He was arrested Thursday by Cheektowaga Police and charged with first degree criminal sexual act and third degree aggravated sexual abuse.

Police say they began investigating the 40-year-old in July 2013 when Borkowski moved to the Village of Sloan without notifying authorities of his change in address, as required. Officers say he was living on Fredo Street within a couple of blocks of a school, the playground at Houghton Park and community center in Kaistertown.

It was after this that detectives learned of Borkowski engaging in criminal sexual acts with victims ranging in age from 13 to 17. But his alleged crimes didn’t end there and the investigation even led to the arrest of a second accused sexual predator.

OLEAN, N.Y. (WIVB) – An Olean man admitted Monday he raped a person less than 15-years-old last year.

Michael Gayton pleaded guilty to second degree rape and forcible touching.

Between March and May in 2011, the 21-year-old forcibly touched the intimate parts of another person. Last October, Gayton had sex with a person who was less than 15-years-old.

He will be sentenced at a later date.

People who wonder if the glass is half empty or full miss the point. The glass is refillable.

The only way to stop these savages is to cut the welfare and restore the family values. Mother, father, and children all living in the house. WORKING to support THEMSELVES. That will put an end to all these delinquents.

If reproduction were a privilege and not a right in this world then it would a much better place. You have to stop rewarding people for having kids that they cannot support economically, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Start by stopping ability to create more problems

Scientists have opined that if the world had 2 billion people everyone could have the same standard of living as the US, unfortunately because the urge to procreate is unchecked The US will eventually have the same standard of living as the rest of the world....poor.

The authors of Feakonomics had something to say on the subject but it would offend more people if I quoted.

So if we just sterilize "Them" we could all be safe and happy - taxes wouldn't be the issue - "we" could all just turn in our firearms because we'd never again be in danger - "we" could all have good jobs -

Where did I hear that stuff before !

    You are missing the point..

    Let's simplify this,, Think California..

What problems do they face that are ultimately going to be their ruin? That is the answer.

    Which problem is that -

America is going through a much over do awakening - we sold our industries - we shut down and regulated our farmlands out of business - we are flooding America with illegal aliens because the Democrats say they will work for peanuts - we have a social welfare system out of control - we have more tax funded employees(of the above minimum wage level) than non tax funded - our Government is fortifying its self against citizens -

What's the answer - until the "Majority of Voting America wakes up" - we are screwed.

Which problem are we looking at today ?

    Two more..

Two men who were shot just after midnight in the 300 block of May Street on Buffalo’s East Side have died of their injuries, Buffalo police said this afternoon.

Police responded to the call just after 1 a.m. and found the two men, both believed to be in their late 20s or early 30s, had been shot and seriously wounded. May Street runs between Walden Avenue and Genesee Street, just east of Concordia Cemetery.

Chatauqua woman brutally murdered in her home by 2 men from PA

... At about 6:45 a.m., Sanford rang Whitaker’s doorbell while Conklin hid from view of the door. When no one responded, Sanford pounded on the door until Whitaker finally answered. He asked to use her phone, and she went to get it. As Sanford dialed numbers, including his own disconnected cellphone, Conklin emerged with the rifle and confronted Whitaker. “This is a robbery. Don’t make this any worse than it is,” he said to her, according to Sanford. Whitaker screamed, and Conklin fired the rifle, striking Whitaker in the chest, the court document said. She then grabbed for the rifle.

As Whitaker and Conklin struggled outside for control of the rifle, another round went off, hitting her in the right leg. She fell backward and hit her head against the garage door. Conklin ordered Sanford to drag her inside the garage as he searched the house for valuables, according to the court documents.

Conklin then asked Sanford if she was still alive, and when told that she was, he ordered Sanford to kill her with the knife, Sanford said. Sanford told detectives that he tried to plunge the knife into her neck, but could only penetrate as far as a “nick.”

The men took off with Whitaker’s cellphone, her credit cards and her gray Chevy HHR station wagon.

Chautauqua seeing increase in babies born addicted to drugs

CHAUTAUQUA – A report on the state of health in Chautauqua County in 2014 included grim statistics about infants born to drug-addicted mothers and a high rate of heart disease in the general public.

Christine Schuyler, the county’s director of health and human services, presented the report Friday at Chautauqua Institution where she initiated a day of lectures on health services and programs in the county. She said employers tell her that 50 percent of the potential employees whom they would like to interview fail drug tests.

Schuyler said the growing problem in the county is heroin addiction.

Two more last night dead from a shooting on the east side...Two dead in Butler Avenue shooting on East Side

One young man walked past a vacant lot on Butler Avenue making the sign of a cross on his chest.

Another walked past with his head down, tears apparently welling up in his eyes.

“I don’t know anything,” one of them said.

But other residents on Butler Avenue said a double shooting at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday woke up the neighborhood, and left two young men – both believed to be in their 20s – dead.

Police have said little about the killings beyond that the shootings occurred on the first block of Butler Avenue, which is off Wohlers Avenue not far from East Ferry Street, and that both men died at Erie County Medical Center. No arrests have been made. Police said several men ran from the shooting scene when officers responded.
Butler Avenue residents – who asked not to be identified, or to be identified only by first name – said the victims did not live on Butler, but lived nearby and that at least one was frequently seen hanging around on Butler with other young men, including several young men visibly upset when walking past the shooting scene late Sunday morning.

It was a chaotic scene after the shootings occurred, neighbors said.

The shots rang out at about 1:15 a.m., and people were screaming as police, firefighters and ambulances arrived, one neighbor said. None of the residents interviewed witnessed the shooting, but they went to the scene after hearing shots fired.

One woman said there was a van parked on the street, with a woman inside screaming.

Another neighbor said that when she got to the scene, one man was lying on the ground with a bullet in his head. He seemed lifeless, she said.

The other man was farther up the street a bit, closer to Wohlers Avenue, on the ground next to the van, she said. He had a bullet in his chest, and was being held by another young man, she said. That victim was conscious and talking, said the neighbor, who identified herself only as Kat.

It's stuff like this that makes me want to sell my suburban home in a safe suburb and move right into an overpriced condo in the city with no shopping, pathetic municipal services and one of the worst crime rates of any city it's size in America. Why the hell not!
