12% of the population causing over half the violent crime. Savages being savages.
Just think how much more efficient they could be if only they held and aimed their weapons properly.

Orchard Park man charged with father’s murder ordered to provide DNA sample

Sean P. Keenan, accused of killing his father in their Orchard Park home and then trying to flee to Canada disguised as an older man, was ordered today to provide a DNA sample to prosecutors.

Erie County Judge Michael F. Pietruszka issued the order at the request of Assistant District Attorney Colleen Curtin Gable.

She said prosecutors want to compare Keenan’s DNA with DNA found on a cup and a bottle of water that officers had given him after they brought him to the police station July 7 following the fatal attack.

Prosecutors have linked the DNA on the cup and bottle to DNA found on evidence at the crime scene and want to see if it matches the suspect’s DNA, she said.

Defense attorney Kevin W. Spittler opposed the request for a DNA sample, saying it was unnecessary and an invasion of his client’s rights, since there was no indication that anyone other than Keenan had used the cup and bottle.

He also said there was a high probability that the DNA at the crime scene is his client’s.

Keenan, 21, is charged with second-degree murder in the fatal attack on his 70-year-old father, John P. Keenan, during a fight in their home on Hillsboro Drive. The cause of the fight has not been disclosed.

I would be a little more concerned that we had 5 kiddie porn cases/arrests in one week last week. That seems to be a more and more common event in our area
