i did. it was with in the past 5 years that the US no longer imports foriegn oil for domestic use. imported oil is refined, and then exported.

I knew he/she was wrong, was just giving him/her time. A question I like to ask people is, who do you think we import more oil from Canada or Saudi Arabia. Most get it wrong.
