    "Senator" Tom Golisano???

Not sure where this thread should be but check this report out....If you don't think this guy thinks a lot of himself...

The Jacksonville Observer is reporting that billionaire and Florida resident Tom Golisano, who is credited for being one of the architects of the Senate coup in New York, is now eyeing a run as a Democrat U.S. Senate, representing Florida.

South Florida political blog Politics1.com is reporting that New York billionaire Tom Golisano “is now contemplating a Democratic run for Florida’s open US Senate seat. Golisano, who owns homes in both New York and Florida, recently switched his residency to the Sunshine State.”

    Fully stimulated...

Why shouldn't he think well of himself? He's a self-made billionaire and so far, it looks like he got there honestly- by his own hard work. Our loss, again, - another state's gain.

What ever group he think's that will benefit himself most.

OMG?!?!?! You mean he's not looking out for the little guy?

His own hard work and a lot of our tax dollars. I don't begrudge his success. But if you think he got to where he is solely on his effort. You are sadly mistaken. Don't, for a second, think he got to where he is on his own. He more than knows his way around IDAs and development programs. Paychex has been a client of the Monroe County IDA since at least the late 70's.

I hear that buying an elected office is cheaper in Florida.
