kevin gaughan didn't leave the town any choice for his plan. read all the words in this picture. take interest in it saying: All he had to do was decide where to start. his start was forcing the hand of a town supervisor. it's the truth you don't know about. the buffalo news called wally his ally. it was brought up to the board. kevin gaughan never offered a cent of his 2 foundations funding to pay for his partisan politics.

Yes, it would have simply been added to the existing ballot using the machines already on sight. Vince Graber led the charge against the issue, and ultimately was the reason for the lawsuit.

Amherst has 7 for 105K so 1 per 15K were trying to go down to 5 so 1 per 21,000
The county has 910K for 15 so 1 per 60,666

Big, you know as well as I do there are those in this community that will pay any price to maintain their special interest. Developers, attorneys, business people, etc. If they believe a vote yes, or no, will affect their personal interest, they will gladly open their wallet. I only wish that I owned a printing business for this. The signs are cheap, with a large profit margin.
