I see that Kathy Konst is calling for Mohr's resignation.
Apparently he was having a fundraiser for gher opponent last Friday, while the ballots were still laying around, uncounted.
Your thoughts?

Kathy Konst has every right to be frustrated at the Board's failure to follow the law and count the ballots that night. Her campaign is on hold to some extent.
I saw the count the other day and it is clear to me that each district or combined district took no more than 20 minutes to count.
longer they stall the short the time there will be for each to campaign against each other. like a stall tactic.

It's Saturday so I can't call to find out exactly when the absentee ballots, etc, are opened and counted, but I will find out. The regular votes are in the machines and the numbers are tallied with each voteby the voting inspectors.
There was a very poor turnout for Primary day, so, you're right, it wouldn't have taken long to count the absentee, etc, VOTES.
What I was disturbed about, was that people drove around wasting gas and time, looking for their district. They were not notified, the election inspectors were not notified, and election headquarters was no help.
I am pretty sure that all those votes are counted at the Board of Elections.Originally posted by speaker
but I'm not sure when the absentee ballots and affidavits of residency are opened and counted. I know that nobody is allowed to know how an individual votes, and that's the reason why inspectors at the voting stations can't count them.
