regardless of the fate of this country, I am already ****ed. So i dont really give a hoot where the country goes. Infact, I am beginning to think that maybe I should become a free cheeser as well, may as well get what I can while I can.

Don't look into the Light! This is what liberalism is all about. Doom and Gloom you to death. They want to break your will. They want you to take the handout. They want you to be witholden. They want your vote. A good citizen is a sheepish citizen. Snap out of it, man! We must fight the urge to give up and give in. Remember where we came from. There is right way to do things. allow your self to think for your self. We all need to ban together and fight the insipid fear mongering, enslaving, will breaking, liberal gobbledygook! Clear your mined and stand up for yourself. The freecheesers cannot win the day.

while you have a valid point, the situation I am in, is not for public matters. However, given *my* situation, eh, may as well take the hand out. I wont vote for crap, but I may as well leach off the system. After all, the system doesnt work in my favor AT ALL. and so, I may as well get something positive out of it.

I feel bad for you as you are no longer part of the solution but part of the problem. We all choose our own path. Believe me there are those that have for worse problems than yours and do not give up. Think of how begging and being beholden will make you feel. It is a slippery slope you tread.

im not begging, im demanding. there is a difference. and besides, lets face the truth. this country as a whole is ****ed. it is bankrupt. The only way to change anything in this country is with a civil war. which is already brewing in the southern states as 8 states are planning to remove themselves from the United States. this **** is going down hill, and going down hill fast. I may as well join the other ****ers and start ****in while the ****in is good, Im tired of being a ****ee and getting shafted on EVERY GOD DAMN THING.

I have just 2 comments about the stimulus package:

    1) Obama oversold himself in the campaign. I truly believe that many have taken the attitude that there was "something" big in it for me. So, I am going to sit back a little. The free cheeser want to be's got a big surprise and I think Obama's rating will take a drop.

    2) Yesterday, I was very disappointed in the outcome of this package. Today is a new day. Many of you refer to me as the Obama cheerleader and here I go. I am hopeful that Obama learned his lesson on this one. May I add, it's a very expensive lesson for us. He needs to get the Republican party involved at the ground level. The R's had no input in the development of this package. Much of this was composed by Pelosi and here is the underlying problem.

True, but at least there's signs of "hope and change" with you.

You're nowhere near as "nearsighted" as other Obama cheerleaders. You're not afraid to admit when he makes a mistake and/or to admit when you were wrong about him. That, alone, speaks volumes about your character.

I agree with what Surfing says in his post about your take on the stimulus. I have to say that I don't know how any Representative could, in good conscience, vote for a bill that they have not even read or could know all that is in it. Especially something this important for our economy and country as a whole. This was pushed through quickly and without proper careful inspection.
