    Big Clock, Best Park

The big clock at Westwood Park has given the park a great added touch. At least Westwood Park has Checks Stigimyer Park beatten by a 100 miles....Hand clap to Lancaster Town Board....

Something about Westwood feels fake...not sure what it is...or why....I used to work on Commerce Drive in Amherst, and it has that same "overmanicured" feel to it...

The clock is a nice touch, but the park just doesn't have a natural feel to it...it has the feel of man trying to imitate the natural feel...like stuff in a Pottery Barn catalogue...or a "Montana's Steakhouse"

It feels like a new development in the 'burbs. No large trees other than on the perimeter. New trees just like the ones that are put on the curb when a new house is built.

I'm not complaining, it is a nice park and I do frequent it once in awhile.
