Actually, what madigan is seeking is information as to whether or not the expenditures are legal, hence the request for the FEC to check out the mileage log.

Having been given company cars, I can assure you guys the logs are a pain to keep, and are easy to forget about (which leads to complete guesses). Higgins most likely has some stooge for that though, so he should be able to produce the records and put a stop to madigan's fishing expedition.
Madigan's press release offers no evidence, so there is no reason to believe there is a legitimate question of legality.

You see, as I clearly explained in my post to wnyres (1116am), the reason it was mentioned more than once was due to the fact dangerous behaviors were being legislated, due to healthcare costs and the greater good. So, in essence, what two, or 10 for that matter, adults do in their home will be of concern to you if you're paying for it...

And your "wink wink" comment at the end of your ridiculous post was most certaining implying I was gay, but you knew that too. Apparently you have trouble admitting your shortcomings, but now you know, and knowing is half the battle, short bus.
I pay for lots of things other people due. Gay males represent around 1.5 to 2% of the population and sexual related health care costs from that particular group has minimal effect on me. 36% of Americans are Obese though (I am willing to bet that includes you) the myriad of health problems that causes does have a great deal of impact on me and my health care costs.

The only reason someone would have such a strange obsession about the dangers gay men pose is if they were having sex with gay men.

You might consider taking a deep breath before you type. Your posts actually make WNYRes's posts look readable. Is inability to type and spell a requirement of posting here?
Would the proper word be "do" versus "due"?

Lets drop the gay topic and if possible thedude... do you know what model of vehicle was purchased for a $4000 deposit and a $500+ monthly lease payment?

Actually, it makes You wonder, which kind of makes your silly implication say more about you than anyone else. But hey, remember you denied you were casting aspersions? So, were you lying, or just too stupid to follow along? I think we both know it was probably both.
Moving on...are you denying Higgins effeminate mannerisms? That would be impossible to deny if you knew him. I'm assuming you know him, otherwise your staunch defense of him would be all the stranger.

At the risk of making you seem even more detached from reality, a press release doesn't need to provide any evidence of wrong doing. Madigan requested an FEC inquiry. Are you aware of what an inquiry is, and what inquiries are meant to accomplish?

His past lease with West Herr had a $6,606 down payment.

And who is Higgins's largest contributor this year? Man o' trees $17,500 http://www.opensecrets.org/politicia...wMem=N&recs=20

Do his campaign contributions assist him in receiveing fed contracts?

Man O' Trees same company that the county just rejected their bid on the Cheektowaga/Lancaster sewer project. Partly due to the extremely low bid (half the cost of the next highest bidder) and partly due to their delays on other projects.

One project on Lewiston Rd in Niagara Falls in which the feds are paying 90% on the job. Again, he bid $35 per yard to remove radioactive slag and his competitors bid $115 per yard. This project turned into a Cluster_ _ _ _. They bid low and then make up thedifference in change orders

Ouch, I bet you feel like a complete tool for carping about literacy, huh Copernicus?
Where could one find statistics like the ones you're bandying about?

As for obesity, I'm willing to wager any amount of money I'm more physically fit than you and have a lower BMI. What do you say, sport, want to wager? What? Where did you run off to?

Obviously reading isn't your strong suit, so I'll spare you the embarrassment of having to be spoonfed the definition of context.

You aren't doing very well, dud. Maybe you could redeem yourself by losing your money...errrrr...stepping up to the plate and making that wager? Hahahahahaha...

Touche, but at least I didn't include "Intensive purposes" in the title of a post.

I have no idea, and I don't care. If it is legal it is not of my concern.

Not once did I say it was not legal.

    Tony said:

Seriously Higgins can not get his own car?

Go look up what Higgins receives as pay/healthcare/bene's... He should be able to afford his own car. Hey Jbird? What type of cars do the little people as you put it drive?
What I find sad is how the democratic party campaigns against people in other parties.

If anyone knows what type of vehicle it was let me know. Seeing Lenny Lenihan (democratic party) and crew made a point of of what type of car Chris Collins drove while he ran against Jim Keane we can use the same angle with Brian Higgins and who runs against him.

I am curious why his mannerism matter? You seem quite obsessed.

I have met Higgins a few times, but don't know him and don't care for him. When people are making up lies about him or accusing him of violating laws with no proof, I will defend him though.

So you think the FEC is going to investigate a campaign because the candidate running against him wants them to? The FEC is not going in open an investigate with any evidence of wrong doing, you must be the one detached from reality.

    The dud,
Serious question...are you learning impaired, or reading impaired?
Also, buy a thesaurus, because you're beating "obsessed" to death. Or are you not aware of the definition? You could look it up in the dictionary after you look up "inquiry".

Who made up lies about him? Requesting an FEC inquiry is accusing somebody of lying?

Do I think the FEC is going to open an inquiry? I have no idea. I assume they'd have to if requested, but like you, I'm not sure how such matters work.
Btw, did you pull the "no evidence" portion of your post from the same place you pulled the "1.5-2%" stat, or your assertion that I was obese (which you conveniently failed to address last post)?

If you weren't already aware of this fact, I'm taunting you because I'm clearly tiring you in knots, dud. Or do you think if you don't address the fact I'm calling you out on your stupidity that it didn't happen?

    The dud must be:
    -looking up "inquiry"
    -looking up "BMI"
-frantically searching for a post where higgins was called a liar, as he claims was done
-getting a tutorial on the differences between press releases, evidentiary hearings, FEC inquiries, etc
-looking for a source for his 1.5-2% claim
-working out frantically in hopes of losing some chunk

What do you say, dud? $100 bet? I'll donate the money you lose to this Madigan character just to add insult to injury. You won't have to worry about what you'd do with any winnings, wide load.
