Passed thru Boston today.... WOW, Do I feel sorry for that Brunner's Pizza guy, who spent a lot of money I bet to satisfy the Town with a beautiful building, then to have a Concrete Box, that doesn't even come close to something nice looking be built right next door.... Where the planing board folks blinded by all the Sun we have had or paid off ??
What did they do out there, super glue all the politicians mouths closed? this has bee kinda quiet....
The reality is, if your a small business or a home owner you must comply by all the bull**** rules and requests by zoning, planning and town boards. But, if your a big fish, you can do WHATEVER you want, cause you have lots of money. Operating and building a Business in NYS is a mine field. Unless you have political clout, or a **** ton of cash behind you, the state and local govts will bend over back wards to bankrupt you.
I believe in the Constitution, maybe you should too.

Nope, looking more like a prison every time I drive past. What a shame. Nice buildings around that little village, and then a block, prison building. Hats of to the Town planning board > NOT!
You need to remember, these stores are not built with serf funding. If they were, they would have the appeal of a local fire hall with all the glitz and glamour.
Do you know if they are going to build more throughout the town, or stick with just one?
