Is Greenan still employed by the Town?

It seems like T. Greenan is working more for the town now than he did when he was actually the Town attorney. Has anyone seen his apointment to the town on the agenda for the Town Board meetings? I haven't. But it seems he is involved in the buget proceedings and I can't understand why. We pay 2 attorneys to work for the Town, why do we need another one? If anyone has any answers, please explain it to me.

Maybe the reason is the other two attorneys don't know what they are doing so they have to bring in TG to strighten out the mess.

The mess? Like the one with ML and Americorps? Wasn't TG on one of Lazarra's foundation boards?

TG now works for the firm that the Town Board hired to answer the down sizing issue. He does not work for the Town directly.

    Let me ask the obvious:

As a former Town Attorney, is there a period of time required to pass before Greenan can be hired to do work for the Town? Does his working for this firm and actually have hands on with WS create a conflict of interest?

And in reference to Ghost of Charles... John Green has been on the Americorps Foundation Board since the beginning and Tim, I'm told, is now a board member, too. It's interesting to look at the makeup of the Foundation's board, but more interesting to look at how it has operated over the past 3-5 years and if it truly has operated under the regulations set forth by law governing a 501c3 (nfp) organization. I'm pretty certain any attorney on this board would be hard pressed to perjure themselves and risk their NYS Law License in any cover up in this regard, so ask them if the WNY Americorps Foundation has met its yearly criteria to maintain its status. Ask them in writing!

For the record, I think the Greenan's (the entire clan), the Notaro's, Claark's, etc, are are good people (imho) and have contributed a great deal to the Town of West Seneca for as long as I can remember and since there are so many of them you're likely to see them involved in just about everything. That's the rub. It's sometimes so incestuous to always have the same people running so many things- like political musical chairs. We need a fresh, clean, approach to solving the town's problems. When leftovers in my refrigerator get moldy I toss'em out!
